Bullet Bill Blasters are the source of Bullet Bills. They have a very hard exoskeleton so it's hard to defeat them. Some blasters shoot heat seeking Bullets, while some do not. Bullet Blasters have appeared in many Mario games. Destroying one will make it no longer be able to shoot any bullets.
Only power-ups can destroy them. (Star Power-up)
