Chief Chilly is a sub specie relative of a Bully. They are only found in cold regions. They have only appeared in Super Mario 64 (Both the DS and N64 versions) and Mario Kart DS. They are considered to be stronger than a Big Bully.
As a Boss[]
Chief Chilly appears as a boss in Super Mario 64. They attack similar to a Big Bully attempting to shove him off the platform in anyway possible. Mario must once again punch and kick Chief Chilly off the platform. If Chief Chilly is pushed off, he will fall into the frigid waters below and lose health. The same will happen to Mario if he gets pushed off the platform. After performing such three times, Chilly will be defeated.
